President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov extended heartfelt congratulations to Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the People's Republic of China.

In his message, the Turkmen leader highlighted China's remarkable achievements in socio-economic progress and emphasized the ongoing development of strong bilateral ties that span a wide range of areas — from political dialogue to cultural collaboration.

Special mention was made of Berdimuhamedov’s recent visit to China, where he took part in the SCO Summit in Tianjin as an honorary guest. He expressed confidence that the meetings held during the visit would further invigorate joint efforts and deepen strategic cooperation.

The President also noted that the Turkmen-Chinese partnership is grounded in long-standing friendship and mutual respect, and continues to grow steadily both on international platforms and in areas such as trade and cultural exchange.
