B2B Energy Dialogue at OGT 2025 in Ashgabat Brings Together a Record Number of Participants

Source

Today, Ashgabat has become the center of global energy diplomacy. The XXX Anniversary International Exhibition and Conference “Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – OGT 2025” is taking place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
OGT 2025 continues to serve as a key platform for effective business interaction. For the first time, a dedicated B2B negotiation zone has been established, where Turkmen entrepreneurs and state corporations meet directly with foreign investors. This provides an excellent opportunity to foster mutually beneficial partnerships and transform the country’s potential into tangible multibillion-dollar investments.

This year’s forum broke all previous records: it gathered nearly 1,500 delegates from 70 countries and over 100 exhibiting companies presenting their latest technologies. The participation of regional energy ministers and senior executives of leading global corporations highlights that the energy agenda of Eurasia is being shaped right here.
Such broad international interest is natural. As a nation possessing some of the world’s largest natural gas reserves, including the “Galkynysh” field, Turkmenistan has long established itself as a reliable and long-term partner.

At OGT 2025, discussions go beyond numbers. Key topics include the monetization of vast resources, the development of the TAPI gas pipeline, and a strategic shift toward clean energy solutions such as hybrid solar and wind power plants. In essence, the forum showcases the country’s new, diversified energy strategy to the world.
