Vladimir Putin Congratulates Serdar Berdimuhamedov on His 44th Birthday
22 Sep. 12:57On September 22, Russian President Vladimir Putin extended birthday greetings to the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, who turned 44.
In his message, President Putin emphasized the strong and strategic partnership between Russia and Turkmenistan and highlighted Berdimuhamedov’s personal contribution to its development.
“We will undoubtedly continue our active cooperation on pressing bilateral and international issues — for the benefit of our friendly nations and in the interest of ensuring stability and security in Central Asia and the Caspian region,” the message stated.
President Putin also wished Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health, happiness, and continued success in his public service.
