The full roster for the 2025/26 UEFA Champions League Round of 16 has been finalized following the conclusion of the play-off second legs on February 24–25. Advancing from the high-stakes play-offs are Atletico Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, Newcastle, PSG, Galatasaray, Real Madrid, and Atalanta.
The most significant upset of the round occurred as last season’s finalists, Inter Milan, were eliminated by the Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt with a 2-5 aggregate score. These victors join the eight teams that automatically qualified by finishing at the top of the league phase: Arsenal, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Tottenham, Barcelona, Chelsea, Sporting CP, and Manchester City.
The draw for the Round of 16, as well as the quarter-finals and semi-finals, is scheduled for Friday, February 27, at UEFA headquarters in Nyon. This season's journey will culminate in the grand final on May 30 at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest.
