Turkmenistan and Cuba Foreign Ministers Discuss Cooperation on UN Sidelines
23 Sep. 07:51On September 22, 2025, Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly’s anniversary session in New York.
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral ties in the political, economic, and humanitarian spheres. Special emphasis was placed on expanding cooperation in healthcare, agriculture, sports, tourism, and other sectors.
The two ministers also exchanged views on joint efforts within international organizations and emphasized the importance of enhancing inter-ministerial dialogue.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to further developing mutually beneficial relations and maintaining an active diplomatic dialogue.
