Turkmen Travel Companies Take Part in International Tourism Expo in Dushanbe
20 Sep. 11:03On September 18, the Dushanbe Expo center opened its doors to DITE-2025, a three-day international tourism exhibition held alongside a tourism investment forum.
Turkmenistan is represented by travel companies Eşretli Syýahat, Hazar Ugry, Aşgabat Syýahat, Jahankeşde, and Halkara Syýahat, which are showcasing the country's tourism opportunities, cultural heritage, and new services for international visitors.
This year’s exhibition gathers around 200 companies from 20 countries, including Tajikistan, other Central Asian nations, Germany, the UK, Russia, Turkey, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and more. Participants include tour operators, airlines, hotel chains, wellness centers, and souvenir producers.
The event provides a platform for business networking, experience exchange, and the promotion of national tourism products to global markets.

In his official greeting to attendees, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov highlighted the ongoing integration of advanced technologies and international collaboration. The President noted that key landmarks during this 35th anniversary year of independence include the opening of new International Centers for Oncology, Pediatrics, and Dentistry, alongside modern expansions at the "Archman" health resort.
Running through October 12, the three-day event serves as a global platform uniting state ministries, international manufacturers, medical specialists, and researchers. The agenda encompasses interactive exhibition stands, technical sessions, specialized workshops, and strategic B2B and B2G business negotiations.
