The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Mejlis (Parliament) of Turkmenistan, Deputy Prime Ministers, heads of ministries and agencies, representatives of public organizations, media, veterans, students, and joyful children.

As part of the urban development program initiated by Hero Arkadag and successfully implemented under the leadership of the esteemed President, cultural and recreational facilities continue to be built and commissioned in the capital. Special attention is also given to creating park areas for comfortable recreation and meaningful leisure for residents and visitors of Ashgabat. The park opened today exemplifies this approach. After the opening ceremony, various performances took place. Performances by a children's violin ensemble, fairy tale characters, artists from the Turkmen State Puppet Theater, and moments of schoolchildren taking photos left unforgettable impressions with the happy children. Within the framework of the event, creative and sports competitions were held, with winners being awarded. They received special gifts on behalf of the esteemed President and Hero Arkadag.
