Modernized Road Section Connecting Ashgabat and Gökdepe to Open in Arkadag
26 Sep. 06:50On September 29, the city of Arkadag will officially open a renovated segment of the road leading from the bridge on Akhan Avenue to the Ashgabat–Gökdepe direction. This upgrade is part of the city’s broader urban development plan to enhance transportation convenience and ensure road safety.
The reconstruction work was carried out to improve the city’s architectural appearance and provide better conditions for both residents and passengers. The newly updated section will serve as a key part of Arkadag’s growing transport network.
On the same day, construction and installation activities will continue on the stretch from Akhan Avenue to Garry Kuliyev Street. As a result, traffic in that area will be temporarily restricted.
The city administration of Arkadag reports that these modernization efforts are aimed at creating a more comfortable, safe, and efficient infrastructure for all road users.

Nyusha surprised the audience by concluding her performance with the song "Bagt Nury," composed by National Leader of the Turkmen People Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Dedicated to the 35th Anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence, the event brought together thousands of music enthusiasts. Following their stage performances, the international guest artists expressed deep admiration for Ashgabat's urban aesthetic and the warm hospitality extended by the Turkmen public.
