People's Artist of Turkmenistan, Honorary Elder of the Turkmen People, Professor of the Maya Kulieva Turkmen National Conservatory, singer Atageldy Garyagdyev sent a greeting to the organizers and participants of the 9th Moscow International Arts Festival "Sounds of the Dutar" named after Nury Khalmamedov.

The text of the message is below.

"Dear friends!

I cordially welcome the 9th season of the Moscow International Arts Festival "Sounds of the Dutar"! This wonderful festival unites young talents, inspires new creative achievements among renowned artists, and fosters friendship between different peoples and countries.

Moscow is the city associated with some of the most memorable chapters of my life. I graduated from the P.I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory in 1979. It was here that I discovered the great power of musical art and learned to feel music with all my heart. During my student years, I performed works by Russian and Turkmen composers, and I remember with particular warmth the work of our outstanding maestros – Veli Mukhatov, Nury Khalmamedov, Rejep Rejepov, Aman Agadzhikov, and many others. Their music resonated and continues to resonate like a hymn to the friendship of peoples, like a frank conversation between souls, between hearts. Today, the "Sounds of the Dutar" festival creates the very atmosphere that once sparked my love for the stage and for art. Music knows no boundaries – it unites us all, bringing us closer and more in touch with each other.

Let me congratulate all festival participants on this wonderful event! May this forum become a platform for creative exchange, new ideas, and sincere communication.

And to the young performers, I want to say: work with love and respect for music. May each of your performances be filled with sincerity, for only music that comes from the heart can touch the hearts of others.

I wish everyone inspiration, creative discoveries, and resounding applause! May this festival become another bright page in the annals of friendship and cultural cooperation between our countries!"
