ADNOC to Send Its Largest Delegation to OGT 2025 in Ashgabat
During the 30th International "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan – 2025" Conference (OGT 2025), to be held from October 22–24 in Ashgabat, ADNOC is set to make a significant appearance. The company will send its most extensive delegation yet, unveil an advanced interactive booth, participate as the Diamond Sponsor, and feature high-level executive speakers at the event.
Through its international energy investment arm, XRG, ADNOC emphasizes the global relevance of OGT 2025 as a hub for international energy collaboration. Earlier this year, XRG expanded into the Caspian region by acquiring a 38% stake in Offshore Gas Block I, in partnership with Turkmenistan’s state firms and PETRONAS. The block, co-developed with Turkmengaz, currently produces approximately 400 million standard cubic feet of gas per day, with estimated recoverable reserves exceeding 7 trillion cubic feet.
Mohammed Al Aryani, President of XRG International Gas, commented:
"This agreement marks a strategic milestone in our global growth journey and highlights the strengthening ties between the UAE and Turkmenistan. It expands our resource base and underscores our commitment to delivering cleaner energy solutions."
ADNOC is also planning to open a new office in Ashgabat to serve as a regional center for partnership development, innovation, and knowledge exchange. The company's participation at OGT 2025 reinforces the event’s mission to promote energy security, technological advancement, and sustainable growth, fostering broader international cooperation.
