The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan has launched the selection process for citizens seeking to pursue undergraduate (Bachelor's) degree programs in higher education institutions within the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China for the 2026/2027 academic year. Eligible applicants must be between 18 and 25 years old, possess a minimum of a secondary school diploma, and demonstrate proficiency in English. All official application documents must be translated into English.

The application window is open from June 16 to June 21, 2026, with the registration desk set up at the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD). Candidates are required to present both original documents and copies of their national passport, international passport, and military registration certificates.
