During a scheduled session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Head of State approved an official proposal to launch the national youth competition for innovative designs, titled "Sanly çözgüt — 2026." The intellectual initiative is structurally engineered to identify, nurture, and incentivize tech-savvy youth specializing in software engineering, digital frameworks, and automated inventions. The executive authorization of the project was covered by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH).

Currently, designated state entities and operational committees are carrying out structural preparations required for the formal announcement of this institutional IT competition. The 2026 iteration of the event aims to mobilize the inventive capabilities of young national coders, engineers, and researchers. Providing robust corporate and state infrastructure for youth-led tech initiatives remains an integral part of the nation's digital transition framework.

The organizing committee has confirmed that the upcoming technological review will accept project submissions across seven core industrial tracks aligned with global standards. The official competitive categories comprise: artificial intelligence, robotics and systems automation, digital medicine, education and e-learning models, smart city frameworks, smart agricultural technologies, and the digital service industry.

The definitive results of the nationwide technological tournament will be summarized and officially announced during the plenary sessions of the "Türkmentel — 2026" International Exhibition and Scientific Conference. The highest-rated digital prototypes and commercial software products scrutinized by the expert panels will be selected for systematic deployment within the national economic fabric.

Consequently, the top-tier award-winning innovations will be integrated into the operations of various industrial plants and manufacturing departments to drive the country's digital economy strategy. This operational policy ensures that youth-driven engineering concepts are directly utilized to upgrade public infrastructure and boost macroeconomic efficiency across all commercial sectors.
