Turkmenistan continues to strengthen its water supply infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted access to clean drinking water for the population. The Koneurgenchagyzsuv administration has been carrying out effective measures aimed at reliably supplying residents of the district center and nearby rural areas during the winter season.

Over the first eleven months of 2025, more than 755,000 cubic meters of drinking water were produced at the water treatment facility operated by the administration. With a daily capacity of 2,140 cubic meters, the facility plays a key role in meeting the water needs of local communities in Turkmenistan.

Equipped with internationally compliant technology, the complex provides potable water to the city of Koneurgench, the villages of Zaman, Eymir and Paltagachan within the Ak Yol council, the town of Bitaraplyk, settlements of the Taze Yol council, and the village of Gazakyer.

Currently, nearly 30 qualified specialists work around the clock at the facility in Turkmenistan. The team ensures the continuous operation of 15 artesian wells, monitors water quality, and maintains strict sanitary standards. Water purification, disinfection, and preparation processes are fully automated and managed through advanced computer-based control systems.
