Turkmenistan Awards Winners of the “Digital Solution 2025” Youth Competition
14 Nov. 12:17Today, an award ceremony for the winners of the “Digital Solution 2025” youth innovation competition took place at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat, Turkmenportal’s correspondent reports.
The contest, organized by the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan, attracted over 360 submissions featuring innovative ideas in fields such as economics, healthcare, IT, agriculture, and social development.
Seven contestants were announced as first-place winners:

Each first-place winner received an “Aýdyň gije” television and a Dell Inspiron laptop.
Second place went to 14 participants, who were awarded Asus Vivobook laptops.
Twenty-one contestants took third place and were presented with Xiaomi Pad2 Ram tablets.
All prizewinners received official diplomas recognizing their achievements.
The ceremony was held as part of the Türkmentel-2025 International Exhibition and Conference.

Entrance Examinations for Higher and Secondary Vocational Institutions Completed in Turkmenistan
24 Aug. 18:38Turkmenistan has officially concluded its admission campaign for higher and secondary vocational educational institutions for the 2026–2027 academic year. Held between July 13 and August 24, 2026, the examination process was conducted under state commission oversight and public supervision. Notably, entrance exams at the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University and the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs were administered using a standardized testing format.
Following the examination results, over 18,000 applicants were admitted to higher education institutions. Under the newly implemented "Strategy for the Development of Higher Professional Education in Turkmenistan for 2026–2052," several new academic tracks were established across specialist, bachelor's, and master's degree levels, aligning with the "Atlas of Future Professions." Priority admission status was granted to international competition winners, top athletes, and high school medalists.
