Faculty members from the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan and the International University for the Humanities and Development are currently participating in an advanced training initiative in New Delhi. This professional development program is conducted under the auspices of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) framework. The collaboration reflects the growing partnership between the two nations in the field of higher education and scientific exchange.

The curriculum, which spans from March 30 to April 10, emphasizes institutional leadership and modern strategic planning within academic environments. Participants are engaging in comprehensive modules focused on international quality assurance standards, financial modeling for educational institutions, and the seamless integration of digital technologies. As part of the technical visit, the Turkmen delegation toured India’s leading pedagogical landmarks, including the Central Institute of Educational Technology. These site visits provided insights into India’s educational strategies and its sophisticated technological infrastructure.
