In accordance with a decree signed by President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the diplomatic representation of Turkmenistan in the Middle East has been expanded through a new high-level appointment. Bayram Akmuradovich Bayramov, the current Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the United Arab Emirates, has been concurrently appointed as the Ambassador to the State of Kuwait. This move underscores Turkmenistan's strategic interest in deepening its political and economic ties across the Gulf region.

Ambassador Bayramov will continue his primary duties in Abu Dhabi while overseeing diplomatic relations with Kuwait.
