The meeting focused on the current status of bilateral energy cooperation and strategic plans for its future expansion. This high-level dialogue serves as a testament to Turkmenistan's consistent "Open Doors" policy and its focus on developing long-term partnerships with major global energy players.

Mr. Dai Houliang warmly welcomed the National Leader and emphasized that collaborating with Turkmenistan is a great honor for CNPC. He took the opportunity to extend his heartfelt congratulations to the Hero-Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan on the upcoming International Nowruz Day. The head of the Chinese corporation highlighted the reliability of Turkmenistan as a partner and expressed his appreciation for the country's visionary leadership, which has fostered a stable environment for large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
