The discussions centered on strengthening inter-parliamentary ties and reviewing the progress of the 2011 Memorandum of Understanding. Both parties highlighted the strategic importance of parliamentary friendship groups in fostering bilateral cooperation.
Furthermore, Meredov engaged in talks with the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Central Asia, chaired by Pam Cox. These meetings underscore a shared commitment to enhancing legislative exchange and broadening the scope of diplomatic and regional engagement between Turkmenistan and the United Kingdom.
