With all my heart I congratulate you on a wonderful holiday that personifies the dynamic and comprehensive harmonious development of our Motherland in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state - the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth and the beginning of the new, 2025-2026 academic year!

I am confident that the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth, solemnly celebrated in the International Year of Peace and Trust, will become one of the unforgettable and significant holidays for schoolchildren, students, teachers and our courageous people, increasing pride in the Fatherland.

Knowledge is the basis of all our achievements, a happy and prosperous life. It is knowledge that illuminates our path from the glorious past to the future. Therefore, since ancient times, the Turkmen people have been known to the world for their desire for knowledge, thirst for science, prudence and wisdom. Adhering to these remarkable qualities today, we are doing a tremendous job to improve and bring the national education system to a qualitatively new level. At the same time, we provide all the conditions so that teachers who have dedicated themselves entirely to this noble cause can work fruitfully and with dedication, and representatives of the younger generation can study and comprehend science. This is how the unshakable foundation of a new era is laid.

Thanks to the successful implementation of national programs, concepts and strategies, we are consistently expanding the network of modern educational institutions with innovative technologies, and also significantly increasing the effectiveness of educational activities based on national and best practices. Along with this, targeted partnerships with international organizations and foreign countries are significantly intensifying: such measures are a key component of the country's foreign policy strategy. This is how we promote our achievements in the field of education on the world stage.

A number of celebrations are timed to coincide with the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth - scientific and practical conferences, physical education, sports and cultural events. On the occasion of the holiday, architectural premieres will take place - the opening ceremony of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs in Ashgabat, as well as a new academic building and dormitory in the city of Mary. At the same time, new schools and preschool education institutions will be commissioned in the capital, villages and cities. All these events fully reflect the pace of development of the domestic education system in accordance with world practice.

Our teachers, students and schoolchildren make a great contribution to maintaining the foundations of sacred independence and neutrality, three times recognized by the United Nations. In addition, they significantly contribute to achieving the goals on the path of further development of the sovereign Fatherland. Adhering to the patriotic spirit of their ancestors, their humanistic foundations of life, traditions in work and, in general, noble national principles, happy youth should selflessly study, master a profession and glorify the independent Motherland with great successes in international competitions. All this should become the main goal for young Turkmen citizens.

The young generation is our pride and honor. The valiant ancestors of the Turkmen - Oguz Khan, Gorkut Ata, Gorogly Bek, Alp Arslan, Togrul Bek, Salyr Gazan, Sultan Jalaletdin, as well as hundreds of our scientists and masters of words, who achieved great heights in the fundamental areas of astronomy, geology, physics and chemistry, geometry, medicine, literature and linguistics, left an indelible mark in world history. Every young Turkmen citizen should follow their example and draw inspiration from their patriotic and humanistic teachings, works, make breakthrough discoveries, show creativity, creatively approach work, thereby faithfully serving the Motherland and the people.

The creative work of our teachers is at the heart of our achievements in the field of education. Teachers and employees of the national education system have a special merit in its accelerated development, training of literate, patriotic youth with a broad outlook, fundamental knowledge and skills in using modern technologies, as well as in significantly strengthening the unity and cohesion of our society.

The impeccable works of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero-Arkadag laid the foundation for the thinking of the new era and the foundation of the school of education. Adhering to the principles of this school and relying on national and advanced practices, you must enrich the content of the educational process and work hard to consistently improve the methodology of teaching young people. Selfless, persistent and conscientious work for the sake of the further prosperity of the Motherland in the era of the Revival of a new era of a powerful state is the sacred duty of each of us.
