A new collaborative program between the Football Federation of Turkmenistan and the State Institute of Physical Education and Sports has officially commenced to identify and mentor aspiring match officials. Currently, a group of thirty dedicated students is undergoing intensive training sessions that cover both the conceptual and on-field aspects of refereeing. The curriculum is led by a distinguished panel of experts, including world-class futsal referees and veteran educators, ensuring that the next generation of officials meets international standards of excellence.

Upon meeting the rigorous requirements of the program, these newly trained specialists will be eligible to preside over high-stakes domestic competitions. This includes officiating matches in the National Football League, the Turkmenistan Cup, and the premier futsal circuit. By integrating young talent into the professional refereeing ranks, the federation aims to enhance the integrity and technical quality of the sport across all competitive levels in the country.
