President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sent a congratulatory letter to Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of his 44th birthday, celebrated on September 22.
In the letter, President Erdoğan extended sincere wishes of health, peace, and longevity to both Berdimuhamedov and his family.
He emphasized the growing friendship between Turkey and Turkmenistan, rooted in shared language, history, and cultural ties. Erdoğan also highlighted the importance of ongoing cooperation on both bilateral and multilateral platforms, including the Organization of Turkic States.
The Turkish leader expressed confidence that joint efforts will further deepen relations between the two countries and wished prosperity and happiness to the people of Turkmenistan.

Turkmenistan Announces the Contest “Youth Creativity – The Voice of Peace”
The editorial office of Nesil newspaper, together with the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, has announced the launch of the contest “Youth Creativity – The Voice of Peace.” The official announcement was published in the Nesil newspaper issue dated October 28.
The competition is open to young people under the age of 35. Participants are invited to submit essays, short stories, and poems dedicated to the themes of national achievements, patriotism, permanent neutrality, peace, friendship, and unity.
Entries must be submitted by December 10 with the note “Youth Creativity – The Voice of Peace.” Applications should include an information sheet, a copy of the passport, two 3×4 photos, home address, and phone number.

The results will be announced in December, in honor of the International Day of Neutrality. Winners will receive certificates of merit, valuable prizes, and special awards for outstanding creative work.
