Ashgabat is finalizing arrangements for the upcoming Turkmen-Chinese Business Forum and International Exhibition. Vice-Premier N. Atagulyev confirmed during a government meeting that these events, scheduled for later this month, are set to play a pivotal role in advancing the bilateral economic agenda.

The delegation from the People’s Republic of China includes over 80 state-owned entities and private corporations. These participants represent strategic sectors such as industrial engineering, oil and gas, digital transformation, and logistics, reflecting a broad spectrum of mutual commercial interests.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that fostering trade relations with China remains a priority for Turkmenistan's foreign economic policy. The President issued specific instructions to ensure the events are conducted at a high organizational level, aiming to facilitate productive dialogue between global partners.

The forum is expected to serve as a vital networking hub for Turkmen ministries, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and Chinese business leaders. Discussions will focus on signing new bilateral agreements and exploring long-term investment opportunities that support the technological modernization of the region.
