New Border Crossings Established for Foreign Nationals Leaving Iran via Turkmenistan

In addition to the existing Sarakhs gateway, four more locations have been opened: Artyk-Lutfabad, Gaudan-Bajgiran, Akyayla-Incheburun, and Altyn Asyr-Incheburun.
This logistical expansion comes amid rising regional instability. Earlier this week, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan issued a formal statement highlighting its concern over the deteriorating security situation in the Middle East, prompting these urgent border measures.
