Cultural Events in Ashgabat Continue in Honor of the UN's 80th Anniversary
Cultural events continue in Ashgabat to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the United Nations.
On October 28, the National Music and Drama Theatre named after Makhtumkuli will host a photo exhibition titled "Historical Moments of the UN" and a symphonic concert called "Music of Peace and Hope." The opening of the exhibition is scheduled for 4:00 PM, and the concert will begin at 4:30 PM.
Admission is free, and the event is open to everyone.
Earlier, it was reported that from October 23 to 25, Turkmenistan is hosting events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the United Nations.

On December 20, the European Union Representation will host a cozy Christmas book fair. Bookstores from Ashgabat will gather in one place, offering a wide selection of books and festive souvenirs.
Visitors can enjoy a warm holiday atmosphere, treats, and European Christmas music. There will also be a book exchange corner, a Santa letter station, and creative workshops for children.
