On July 3, the conference facilities of the "Archabil" Hotel in Ashgabat hosted a specialized documentary photo exhibition profiling China's modernization benchmarks alongside a strategic seminar commemorating the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). According to monitored operational dispatches by the "Xinhua" news agency, the combined events gathered over 60 high-level delegates from Turkmen and Chinese diplomatic, civic, and academic circles.

The thematic visual presentation was co-organized by the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Turkmenistan and the Almaty Bureau of the "Xinhua" news agency. The curated gallery comprised approximately 30 historical photographs systematically arranged across four separate analytical sections: "Historical Transformations of Chinese Modernization," "High-Quality Development," "People's Well-being, Culture, and Ecology," and "Youth Exchanges."

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Turkmenistan, Ji Shumin, noted that the exhibition stands out due to its rich conceptual narrative and precise structural layout. The chief of mission emphasized that the photographic archive accurately chronicles the comprehensive socio-economic victories achieved by the Chinese population under the continuous institutional leadership of the CPC across distinct historical epochs.

The Executive Secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO and former Ambassador of Turkmenistan to China, Chinar Rustamova, detailed the historical development of the CPC and its century-long role in sustaining internal economic stability and security. Recalling her official travel to China in 2023, she highlighted her field observations of rural school upgrades, infrastructure development, and afforestation initiatives, defining the CPC as the central engine of the nation's modernization.

Concurrently, Jennet Ovekova, a member of the Committee on Legislation of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, noted during the plenary session that such joint cross-border initiatives help expand mutual understanding between the two civilizations. This interactive framework directly strengthens the foundations of cultural and humanitarian collaboration while creating favorable conditions for the long-term expansion of bilateral strategic coordination linking Turkmenistan and China.
