A high-level delegation from the Ministry of Communication of Turkmenistan participated in the "SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026" international innovation forum, held from April 27 to 29 in Tokyo. The event gathered a diverse group of global corporations, startups, and tech experts to showcase the latest advancements in digital transformation and foster cross-border academic and industrial cooperation. This participation highlights Turkmenistan's growing role in the international digital landscape.

The forum's technical sessions were dedicated to cutting-edge sectors, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), the next generation of 5G and 6G connectivity, and the development of Smart City infrastructures. Additionally, extensive focus was placed on sustainable development through green energy and the expansion of the digital economy. Participants engaged in comprehensive discussions aimed at scaling innovative solutions to address modern urban and industrial challenges.

During the forum, the Turkmen representatives conducted several bilateral meetings with leading international technology firms specializing in digital development.
