Moscow hosted its annual charity music festival “White Cane,” held in honor of the International White Cane Day — a global symbol of independence, dignity, and equal opportunities for people with visual impairments. The event brought together artists, public organizations, and gifted children from different countries.

Turkmenistan once again played an important role in the festival through the participation of the public organization “Yenme,” which actively promotes humanitarian and cultural cooperation. Thanks to such initiatives, Turkmenistan continues to strengthen its cultural presence on the international stage.

A particularly memorable highlight of the evening was the performance by young Turkmen vocalist Shirin Jumayeva. She shared the stage with renowned Russian singer Mark Tishman, performing the emotional song “Shine.” Their duet deeply moved the audience and was warmly applauded.

For young performers from Turkmenistan and other countries, appearing alongside celebrated stars such as Larisa Dolina, Valeria, Alexander Buynov, Rodion Gazmanov, Denis Klyaver, and others became an unforgettable experience and a powerful source of inspiration.

The festival once again proved that art has no borders. Turkmenistan’s participation emphasized the importance of inclusivity, cultural dialogue, and the belief that music can unite people across nations.
