Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan discussed the promotion of joint projects
05 Aug. 18:18Today in Avaza, on the sidelines of the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, a trilateral meeting was held between the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov.
As reported on the website of the President of Uzbekistan, issues of expanding mutually beneficial regional cooperation and promoting joint projects were discussed.
The parties noted the possibilities of cooperation in the fields of energy, transport and logistics, industry and agriculture.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached to develop promising projects for practical cooperation, the source notes.

Designed to withstand heavy commercial transport up to 20 tons, real-world road testing is scheduled to begin in Japan in April 2027.
The technology eliminates the need for full road reconstruction, as modules can be integrated directly into milled asphalt layers. Aimed at boosting charging power up to 150 kW in future iterations, this infrastructure solution promise to significantly reduce grid pressure on traditional charging stations, particularly for logistics and commercial fleets.
