The central focus of the meeting was Turkmenistan's proposal to establish a UNOCT Program Office in Ashgabat. This new entity is envisioned as a critical analytical and expert hub, aimed at enhancing the collective response to transnational threats throughout the Central Asian region.

The meeting highlighted the strategic significance of the UN General Assembly resolution concerning the role of neutrality in maintaining international peace and security.
