Turkmenistan participated in the Second National Forum of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) and the Islamic Republic of Iran, held at the Center for Political and International Studies of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to Turkmenistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the main goal of the forum was to analyze economic, technological, and communication cooperation among ECO member states and to develop expert proposals for a new development strategy for the organization.
Three thematic sessions were held during the event: "Regional Communication and Connectivity," "ECO and New Technologies," and "ECO Vision 2035."
Turkmenistan, as an active member of ECO, has maintained mutually beneficial and multifaceted cooperation within the organization for many years and continues to take an active role in its initiatives.

Running through October 12, the three-day event serves as a global platform uniting state ministries, international manufacturers, medical specialists, and researchers. The agenda encompasses interactive exhibition stands, technical sessions, specialized workshops, and strategic B2B and B2G business negotiations.
