A delegation from Turkmenistan is taking part in the Sixth Global Conference on the Elimination of Child Labour, held from February 11 to 13, 2026, in Morocco. The event is organized by the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco in partnership with the International Labour Organization, according to Turkmenistan’s Foreign Ministry.

The forum brings together representatives of governments, international institutions, and social partners to develop coordinated strategies aimed at accelerating the global eradication of child labour.

The agenda features high-level plenary sessions, thematic discussions, and side events. Participants are exchanging experiences, examining effective approaches, and exploring ways to strengthen international cooperation, particularly in the areas of children’s education and social protection.

Turkmenistan’s participation highlights the country’s growing international standing and its commitment to constructive engagement and the promotion of humanitarian principles.
