During a diplomatic mission to Turkey, Turkmenistan’s Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with Robert Floyd, the Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO). The high-level talks focused on the current state of bilateral relations and the essential role of the Treaty in maintaining the global non-proliferation architecture and international security.
