During deliberations with the Turkmen-Japanese Scientific and Technological Association, particular focus was placed on the implementation of the KOSEN educational model and advanced language studies. Experts outlined strategic frameworks for humanitarian projects and professional exchange initiatives. The involvement of the "Asia SEED" organization underscored the practical nature of these upcoming scientific and technical collaborations between the two countries.

Consultations with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) focused on providing technical and financial support for educational advancement.
