The continuous working mechanism of inter-departmental briefings was highly commended for enabling agile alignment on critical bilateral matters.

Throughout the high-level dialogue, the participants emphasized the progressive dynamic of modern bilateral engagement established directly by the Heads of both States, paying specific attention to accelerating inter-parliamentary relations as an essential instrument of public diplomacy. Regarding the global strategic agenda, the parties reaffirmed their institutional commitment to close cooperation within the UN and other international structures through the mutual endorsement of multilateral initiatives.

Focusing heavily on trade and economic cooperation, the ministers defined tactical objectives to increase net commercial volumes and diversify the structural composition of mutual trade. Top-priority sectors identified during the session included systemic energy deployment and transit-transport infrastructure optimized to leverage the maximum logistical potential of the region. The ministers also advocated for stimulating cross-border economic activity to establish direct regional business networks.

The cultural-humanitarian framework was assessed with an emphasis on deepening historical ties within the fields of culture, academic science, and youth education. The diplomats highlighted the growing necessity of broadening operational partnerships across shared information landscapes. Furthermore, future prospects for joint health security management and athletic programs were distinctly noted.

Environmental policy and sustainable water resource management formed a critical portion of the inter-ministerial agenda. The parties detailed their mutual actions within the legal framework of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea (IFAS) and reported their structural positions regarding Caspian Sea dynamics, reinforcing their willingness to solidify multilateral alliances within regional setups.

At the conclusion of the summit, the diplomats participated in a formal ceremony to sign the Programme of Cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the 2027–2028 period. Additionally, the Kazakh foreign minister was formally presented with the original copy of the Treaty on Friendship, Good-Neighborliness, and Cooperation for the Development of Central Asia in the XXI Century, executed between Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, bearing the official ratification signature of the President of Turkmenistan.
