On June 9–10, 2026, the capital city of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, hosted the XIX Forum of Creative and Scientific Intelligentsia of the CIS Member States. As a highlight of the forum's extensive cultural itinerary, the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra delivered a grand concert on the historic stage of the Toktogul Satylganov Kyrgyz National Philharmonic, bringing together highly accomplished young musicians and master conductors from across the Commonwealth.

In keeping with an established tradition, the Honored Artist of Turkmenistan, renowned conductor Rasul Klychev, actively participated in this high-profile international artistic initiative. His exceptional technical execution and artistic interpretation of symphonic works earned substantial acclaim from the Bishkek audience, once again highlighting the high standards of Turkmenistan's contemporary classical music sector on the global stage.

Rasul Klychev shared the conductor's podium with prominent regional colleagues, including Evgeny Naumenko from Russia and Urmat Tentimishev from Kyrgyzstan. The overarching artistic direction for the combined international ensemble this year was managed by the People's Artist of Russia and laureate of the "Stars of the Commonwealth" interstate award, Sergey Skripka. The collaborative performance emphasized the deep cultural links and mutual artistic affinity shared among the participant states.

The roster of the CIS Youth Symphony Orchestra is systematically drawn from the ranks of talented young musicians who have previously won prestigious national and international instrumental competitions. Developed to promote professional exchange and nurture young talent, this landmark project is executed under the auspices of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Member States (IFHC) and is widely recognized as one of the most successful cultural platforms in the region.
