An official diplomatic ceremony marking a new chapter in bilateral relations took place in the capital of Ireland. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, Yazmurat Seryayev, officially assumed his duties by presenting his credentials to the Irish Head of State. The solemn event was hosted at "Áras an Uachtaráin", the official presidential residence located in Dublin.

The Turkmen diplomatic delegation at the ceremony also included embassy staff member Victoria Pranaitis. In accordance with state protocol, the credentials ceremony coincided with the formal accreditation of several other foreign mission chiefs. On the same day, the President of Ireland, Catherine Connolly, formally accepted credentials from the newly appointed ambassadors of Paraguay, Uruguay, and Thailand.

Representing the executive branch of the host country, Alan Dillon, the Minister of State for Employment, Small Business, and Sustainable Economic Matters, attended the event on behalf of the Irish Government. The high-level attendance underscores the mutual commitment to exploring new areas of trade, economic growth, and international cooperation between the nations.

To honor the arrival of the newly accredited foreign diplomats, a traditional military protocol was executed on the grounds of the presidential estate. The ceremony concluded with a formal march past by an honor guard composed of personnel from the Irish Armed Forces, signaling the commencement of the ambassadors' official tenures.
