A time capsule buried by Princess Diana in 1991 has been unearthed in London during the construction of a new children's hospital building on Great Ormond Street.
According to MIR 24, the capsule contained a disc of songs by pop singer Kylie Minogue, a solar-powered calculator, and a passport. Also found were a portable television, a collection of British coins, five tree seeds, a copy of The Times newspaper, and a photograph of Princess Diana.
The capsule was originally intended to be opened in 100 years, but it had to be unearthed early due to ground preparations for the hospital’s new facility.
