Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Turkmenistan
On the evening of August 4, the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries. This was reported on the official website of the Raisa of Tatarstan.
At the international airport of the city of Turkmenbashi, Rustam Minnikhanov was met by the Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan Mammetguly Astanagulov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Turkmenistan Ivan Volynkin.
Rustam Minnikhanov is part of the delegation of the Russian Federation, which is headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Patrushev.
Rustam Minnikhanov's work program also includes meetings with the leadership of Turkmenistan and conversations with honorary guests - participants of the forum, the source notes.
