The event took place within the embassy premises and was attended by members of the Pakistani diaspora, Turkmen entrepreneurs, and embassy officials. The gathering served as a platform to honor the historical significance of the day and to celebrate the enduring friendship between Pakistan and Turkmenistan.

The ceremony commenced with a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the formal hoisting of the national flag.
