New Book About Sultan Jalal al-Din Published in Turkmenistan
Turkmenistan’s State Publishing Service has released a new book titled “Sultan Jalal al-Din Manguberdi,” according to the newspaper Turkmenistan.
The book was authored by historians Orazpolat Ekaev and Rejep Jommyyev from the Institute of History and Archaeology of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
This publication explores the heroic life of Sultan Jalal al-Din — a prominent historical figure known for his patriotism, bravery, and resistance in the face of hardship.
The first chapter covers the history of the Khwarezmian dynasty leading up to Jalal al-Din.
The second chapter details his battles against Genghis Khan’s forces.
The third chapter presents his portrayal in the works of Muhammad an-Nasawi.
The fourth analyzes depictions of the sultan in literary works by other authors.

Invitation to Participate in the International Online Olympiad in Finance
The Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management invites students from Turkmenistan and foreign universities to take part in the 2nd Open International Online Olympiad in “Finance”, which will be held on November 14.
According to “Turkmenistan: The Golden Age”, all interested students studying in various fields are welcome to participate. Each university may nominate up to four students.
The Olympiad will be conducted individually. The official languages of the competition are Turkmen, Russian, and English.
Winners will receive diplomas of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees. Participants who successfully complete all six tasks but do not win will be awarded certificates of merit.
