The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, situated at 143 Chandybil Avenue, is set to host the XXV International Multipurpose Exhibition titled "White City Ashgabat." This comprehensive economic forum is organized to coincide with the 145th anniversary of the founding of the nation's capital. The display focuses primarily on showcasing industrial progress, modern construction trends, urban engineering, energy-efficient solutions, and technical service innovations.

The business assembly will feature technological displays from over 180 local and multinational corporations seeking to identify new commercial trajectories within the expanding regional market. The infrastructural framework of the event includes targeted B2B networking hubs, commercial presentations, and executive negotiation segments aimed at facilitating international trade agreements and cross-border investment portfolios.

To ensure efficient urban mobility and streamline public transit access to the venue during the peak operational hours, the city transport administration has highlighted seven main bus routes. Visitors can access the exhibition complex utilizing municipal bus lines numbered 35, 54, 56, 57, 58, 103, and 121. These routes are optimized to manage the increased volume of commuters heading toward the administrative sector.

The official operational timeline dictates that on May 24, the pavilions will be accessible to corporate delegates and the public from 12:00 until 18:00. The concluding sessions, alongside final commercial discussions and institutional evaluations on May 25, are scheduled to run from 09:00 in the morning until 15:00.

Specialists at the International Science and Technology Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, led by Durdymyrat Gadamov and Altyn Rahmanova, have developed a new-generation bio-agent designed to neutralize soil methane emissions. The solution utilizes local bacteria adapted to the regional climate, which harness methane monooxygenase to convert methane into carbon dioxide and water.

Methane is a major contributor to global warming, with a heat-trapping capacity in the atmosphere significantly higher than that of carbon dioxide. The newly developed bio-agent features high efficiency in industrially congested areas, cost-effectiveness through the use of local raw materials, and complete safety for human health and the environment.

This scientific breakthrough aligns with Turkmenistan's sustainable development strategy, supporting its commitments under the Global Methane Pledge to enhance environmental oversight in the energy sector.
