Large-Scale Procurement Launched for Construction of 50 Rural Health Centers Across Turkmenistan
10 Jul. 11:54A major government initiative is underway to significantly expand the capacity of primary healthcare infrastructure throughout the provinces of Turkmenistan. The state plans to simultaneously construct 50 modern community health clinics across the nation. The development strategy is evenly distributed, allocating exactly 10 new medical facilities to each of the country's five administrative regions to ensure widespread access to essential clinical services.
To execute this extensive infrastructure program, authorities have launched an official competitive tender to select experienced engineering and construction firms. The comprehensive project is systematically divided into five provincial lots, covering the structural development needs of the Ahal, Balkan, Dashoguz, Lebap, and Mary regions. The project is being managed on behalf of the national public health administration.
Qualified domestic and international construction companies are invited to submit their technical blueprints and commercial portfolios for evaluation. The registration of prospective bidders and the assessment of all corporate proposals are being supervised by the specialized market research and foreign economic relations division under the ministry of construction.
The strict deadline for the submission of all formal qualifications and project tenders is scheduled for August 19 of the current calendar year. Interested enterprises must deliver their completed application packets to the ministry's headquarters located at 84 Archabil Avenue in Ashgabat, or request specific bidding guidelines via the contact lines: 44-46-77 and 44-46-64.
