The construction of a state-of-the-art film pavilion, part of the "Dala Stage Creative Tech Park," has officially commenced in the Karasay district of the Almaty region. To mark the occasion, global action icon Jackie Chan sent his symbolic "time capsule" as a special gift to the project. The capsule was delivered to the construction site via helicopter and presented to director Robert Koon during a formal ceremony.

The new studio is set to host a major international production: the upcoming film "Armor of God 4: Ultimatum," starring Jackie Chan. Producer Li Qiu Wa conveyed the actor's warm greetings and personal enthusiasm for the project, noting that it evolved from a mere concept to active construction in just six months. The studio is designed to meet the highest global standards, attracting international filmmakers to the region.

According to regional Governor Marat Sultangaziyev, the tech park will provide a competitive platform for local talent to collaborate with the world’s leading film studios. Spanning 15 hectares with a 3,000-square-meter facility, the complex aims to modernize the local film industry and boost the creative economy. It is expected to become a hub for digital innovation and high-end cinematic production in Central Asia.

Construction is slated for completion by August of this year. The launch of the "Dala Stage" studio, combined with the production of Jackie Chan’s new blockbuster, is seen as a pivotal moment for the development of cinema in the region. This project not only enhances Kazakhstan's cultural infrastructure but also positions the country as a key destination for world-class cinematic storytelling.
