The Iranian Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Ali Mojtaba Rouzbehani, has lauded Ashgabat’s steadfast position and proactive measures in light of the current regional situation. In a featured article, the diplomat highlighted Turkmenistan's significant contributions to maintaining peace and fostering a spirit of cooperation. He emphasized that the strategic partnership between the two nations is built on a solid foundation of mutual respect and shared regional interests.

According to the Ambassador, Turkmenistan, which shares a border of over 1,200 kilometers with Iran, has consistently adhered to its policy of "permanent positive neutrality." Since the beginning of recent developments, Ashgabat has called for the peaceful resolution of conflicts through diplomatic dialogue and negotiations. Furthermore, the Turkmen government has implemented measures to facilitate the movement of citizens and support family reunifications, demonstrating a strong commitment to humanitarian values.

The diplomat also pointed out that Turkmenistan, alongside other neighboring states, played a crucial role in providing humanitarian assistance to the Iranian people. This act of solidarity is viewed as a reflection of the deep-rooted historical and civilizational ties that have linked the two populations for centuries. Such efforts underscore the importance of regional unity and the readiness to provide support during challenging times.

Bayern Munich secured their 12th German Supercup title after defeating Borussia Dortmund 2:1 at Signal Iduna Park. Vincent Kompany's side took early control of the match with first-half goals from Nathaniel Brown and Michael Olise.
