The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, has successfully completed his friendly visit to the People's Republic of China and returned to Ashgabat. According to the TDH news agency, following a series of high-level meetings and events in Beijing, the National Leader departed from the Beijing Capital International Airport (Shoudu). A few hours later, his aircraft landed at Ashgabat International Airport, where he was greeted by official representatives.

This visit marked a significant milestone in the strengthening of the strategic partnership between Ashgabat and Beijing. During his stay in the Chinese capital, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with President Xi Jinping to discuss various aspects of bilateral cooperation. A symbolic highlight of the meeting was the presentation of a magnificent Akhal-Teke horse named "Gadyrly" to the Chinese leader on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan. This gesture reaffirmed the profound friendship and mutual trust that define the relations between the two nations.

Economic cooperation, particularly in the energy sector, was a focal point of the National Leader's agenda. He held productive discussions with Dai Houliang, the head of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). The talks centered on the progress of ongoing joint gas projects and the potential for expanding cooperation in the oil and gas industry. Both sides expressed their strong commitment to continuing their mutually beneficial partnership, which serves as a cornerstone of regional energy security.

Furthermore, the visit included a significant cultural component aimed at promoting the shared heritage of horse breeding. The Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty visited the "Equuleus" International Equestrian Center in Beijing, where he engaged with members of the International Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Association and local horse enthusiasts. These interactions facilitated an exchange of expertise in equestrian sports and breeding techniques. Overall, the visit successfully advanced the diplomatic, economic, and cultural ties, paving the way for further collaboration between Turkmenistan and China.

Bayern Munich secured their 12th German Supercup title after defeating Borussia Dortmund 2:1 at Signal Iduna Park. Vincent Kompany's side took early control of the match with first-half goals from Nathaniel Brown and Michael Olise.

Fábio Silva scored the sole goal for Dortmund in the 75th minute, while Ramy Bensebaini was sent off with a direct red card in the 90th minute. With this victory, Bayern Munich further solidifies its record for the most Supercup titles in German football history.
