During an interview with China's "CGTN" channel, the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, shared his deep appreciation for the leadership of President Xi Jinping. The National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that they are bound by years of warm friendship, characterized by sincerity and mutual transparency. Through their collective efforts, the two nations have launched large-scale projects and united their capabilities to achieve regional stability and global sustainable development.

The National Leader characterized Xi Jinping as a world-class leader whose prestige stems from his firm protection of China's national interests and his responsible approach to critical international issues. He noted that under Xi’s leadership, China has achieved remarkable progress across all sectors and is successfully planning for the future. The results of the recent sessions of the National People's Congress were cited as a prime example of the country's steady advancement and strategic foresight.

A key point of the discussion was the Chairman's appraisal of the four global initiatives proposed by President Xi: the Global Security Initiative, the Global Civilization Initiative, the Global Development Initiative, and the Global Governance Initiative. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stated that he views these initiatives as strategically vital conditions for the well-being of all humanity. These frameworks offer a new vision for international cooperation based on shared growth and security.

Concluding the interview, the Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty emphasized China's decisive role in global equilibrium. "If everything is well in China, it will be well in the whole world," he remarked, underscoring the interconnectedness of global prosperity. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished President Xi Jinping robust health, family happiness, and continued success in his state duties, while wishing the people of China lasting prosperity. Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and PETRONAS Sign New Memorandum

The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and PETRONAS Carigali (Turkmenistan) Sdn. Bhd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance cooperation in education and vocational training. The signing meeting involved Minister of Education J. Gurbangeldiyev, Malaysian Ambassador Mohd Suhaimi bin Ahmad Tajuddin, and PETRONAS Carigali (Turkmenistan) CEO Ismadi bin Ismail.

The agreement coincides with the 30th anniversary of PETRONAS's operations in Turkmenistan's oil and gas sector. Discussions focused on qualifying skilled workforce candidates for the energy industry, extending scholarship opportunities for Turkmen students at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, and advancing professional development programs.

To date, Turkmenistan and Malaysia have established nearly 20 educational agreements. During the recent visit of the Prime Minister of Malaysia to Turkmenistan, three additional agreements were finalized between local universities and Universiti Tenaga Nasional to support academic mobility and exchange initiatives.
