Today, a telephone conversation took place between the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and the Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Valentina Matviyenko. During the call, the Hero-Arkadag extended his heartfelt birthday congratulations to the head of the upper house of the Russian parliament on behalf of himself and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, wishing her robust health, happiness, and great success in her political and international endeavors.
