The three-story structure, engineered to accommodate 12 independent households, was fully printed using specialized industrial robotics. The automated assembly of the building's primary framework was executed in just over a month, establishing a new benchmark for structural speed and precision.

The execution of this innovative engineering project was managed by a consortium of leading European development, design, and construction firms, utilizing the advanced COBOD BOD2 printing system. A pioneering aspect of this project is that all structural components, including load-bearing frameworks and partitioning walls, were extruded layer by layer directly on-site using a specialized cement composite. This synchronized robotic material deposition process required the oversight of only three technical operators.

By incorporating additive manufacturing methods, the development team reduced the core structural configuration timeline by three months compared to traditional construction workflows. While the initial technical framework anticipated a 50-day printing schedule, the automated system completed the task ahead of schedule in 34 days, after which standard phases such as roofing, utility integration, and glazing began. The entire cycle of internal outfitting and system calibrations concluded in early 2026.

The residential complex encompasses a gross floor area of approximately 800 square meters, with each of the 12 apartments featuring a private balcony.
