More than 1,200 people, including students, educators, and veterans, gathered at the Joint Turkmen-Russian Pushkin School in Ashgabat to honor the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. The event featured a solemn procession where participants carried portraits of their ancestors, accompanied by students reciting emotional wartime poetry.

During the ceremony, the Russian Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Ivan Volynkin, addressed the youth, emphasizing that every photograph held in their hands represents a living history of courage.
