Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan met with the Rais of Tatarstan
National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held a meeting with Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhan, who arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted in his social networks that he met with "an old friend of Tatarstan" Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during his regular visit to Turkmenistan.
The parties traditionally pay attention to the development of friendly relations and cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Tatarstan in various areas of interaction.

Turkmenistan Startup and Innovation International Forum – 2025 to Be Held within TurkmenTEL-2025
Ashgabat will host the Turkmenistan Startup and Innovation International Forum – 2025, organized by the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The event will serve as a platform for presenting the Roadmap for the Development of Turkmenistan’s Innovation and IT Ecosystem, as well as for discussing the next steps in engaging stakeholders from government agencies, the business community, and international development partners.
Among the speakers will be Bagrat Yengibaryan, an international expert from UNDP, who will highlight key areas of cooperation and share global experience in digital innovation and startup development. The forum aims to strengthen collaboration between public and private sectors, exchange knowledge, and promote partnerships in the field of digital technologies.
The event will conclude with a session titled “Opportunities for Regional Cooperation in Developing the Startup Ecosystem in Central Asia”, where startup projects from across the region will be presented. Participants will showcase innovative solutions that foster partnerships and advance joint ICT and innovation initiatives.
